DO YOU RESTOCK?
Yes, we do! We restock our best sellers & highest requested items. If the item you want is sold out, please sign up to get notified once it is in stock. This can be found in the product page under the "SOLD OUT" notification. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving the item (includes weekends & holidays) - NO EXCEPTIONS - only U.S. returns accepted. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM MADE OR PERSONALIZED  ITEMS. All item(s) must be brand new, unused, & in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items & international shipments. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to apply to your original form of payment.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**If a return label was provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: All items are carefully inspected with the highest care possible so if you're unsatisfied in any way, please let us know as soon as possible & we'll do our best to remedy the situation. Most items on Starry Moonbeams are personalized, &/or crafted with wood (unless otherwise stated) so small differences may occur from item to item than that showcased on the product photo(s) displayed. DO YOU SELL IN BULK?
For some items, yes we do. Shipping may be delayed, but if you're interested in buying in bulk, please email us directly starrymoonbeamsco@gmail.com.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Yes, we do. Production time on personalized & engraved pieces is 1-5 business days.

I WANT AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?
Many of our products have limited quantities, but not to worry, we often restock our most popular items. Make sure you sign up to get notified once it is in stock. This can be found in the product page under the "SOLD OUT" notification. 

HOW DO I BE THE FIRST TO KNOW WHEN YOUR NEW ARRIVALS DROP?
The best way to be the first to know of company and product updates is to sign up to our newsletter located at the bottom of our homepage. In doing so, you will have exclusive updates on the newest products & sales. This can be found on the bottom of our homepage.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. 

AN ERROR IS PREVENTING ME FROM CHECKING OUT. WHAT DO I DO?

  • Our payment system is sensitive to minor discrepancies. To prevent this, please review that all your billing info is correct & match exactly what your bank has on file - credit card, billing and shipping addresses. 
  • Clicking the “Place Order” button only ONCE to avoid multiple charges to your account.
  • It is very rare that problems occur during checkout, but if they do, please contact us at starrymoonbeamsco@gmail.com & we'll guide you through it the best way we know how.

MAY I ADJUST OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed &/or shipped, we are unable to make changes to that order. If you just placed an order and want to cancel it, please ensure you contact us directly by emailing starrymoonbeamsco@gmail.com within the hour of when you placed your order. We will try to do our best, but there is no guarantee esp. during weekends & holidays. 

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN IT BE FIX IT?
Our processing time is short & we tend to ship orders quickly so please contact us directly by emailing starrymoonbeamsco@gmail.com asap.  Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update the address in time.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Orders are processed M-F during business hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST) (excluding U.S. holidays) and take 1-5 business days to process for in-stock items (dependent on sale promotions) and 2-4 business days for custom/personalized items. We then ship your order through USPS unless otherwise stated.

NOTE: PRODUCTION TIME ON PERSONALIZED & ENGRAVED PIECES IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS

Orders placed on Fridays (after 12:00 p.m. PST), weekends, or U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day. In the rare case your order is placed on hold, we may need to review it for security purposes (fraudulent activity). You will be contacted by us through email to provide additional information to ensure your form of payment is valid & true. If a response is not received within 2 business days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. To prevent the hold from happening again, a different form of payment is suggested (preferably Paypal).

I NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Please note that our system automatically sends our customers an order confirmation once it is placed. Please check your spam folder as this is the most common reason why an order or shipping confirmation has not been received. To ensure you receive all emails from us, we suggest you add starrymoonbeamsco@gmail.com to your address book. If you placed your order using your Starry Moonbeams account, you can also check your order status by signing into it.

WHY IS MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE?
In the rare case that an item(s) has sold out, we will make sure to contact you within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we will need to cancel that item(s) from your order & the remaining item(s) will still be shipped to you. This will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for the canceled item(s).

When a "FREE SHIPPING" promotion is happening, this refers to orders placed & shipped within the U.S.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Your shipping cost is calculated when you checkout & depends on the item(s) you purchase.

We ship to the U.S., Ireland, Canada, & the UK.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship out from Los Angeles, CA.

RETURNS:

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of receiving the item (includes weekends & holidays) - NO EXCEPTIONS - only U.S. returns accepted (excludes custom made items). All item(s) must be brand new & in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items & international shipments.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently do not offer exchanges. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return is received, Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to apply to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post within 1-5 business days after the date of processing.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional offers refer to sale codes, discount codes, or promotional codes that may be used at the time of checkout & is advertised through www.starrymoonbeams.com, our social media platforms, and/or Google ads. Promotional codes may not be used to purchase items on sale or have been discounted. Sale, discount, & promotional codes may not be combined with other offers & must be used within the promotional dates explicitly stated in the offer details - NO EXCEPTIONS. Only one code may be used per site visit. Sale items are FINAL SALE & can not be returned.
